We’re located over at Cb 21a in Shalimar Bagh. It’s a pretty standard spot for us, and we’ve been here quite a while. Our name, Unitech, has been around for some time because we’ve been involved in many buildings and developments. This office isn't anything too special, just where we handle the day-to-day administrative stuff. There’s always a lot of paperwork to go through, especially with how real estate and construction work these days. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s a phone ringing or someone coming in to ask about a specific project or a piece of land. We don’t have a massive team in this specific office, but we keep busy enough with the various sites we have going. Shalimar Bagh is a nice area, a bit away from the main chaos of central Delhi, which is good for focusing. Getting things built, whether it's houses or office spaces, is what we focus on. It’s had its ups and downs, like any business in this sector, but we’re still here doing the work. Fancy advertising isn't something we spend much time on. We just try to manage the sites and deal with the challenges as they come up. It’s a lot of coordination and trying to keep things on schedule, which isn't always easy given how many things can go wrong. We just take it one day at a time here and deal with whatever comes next.
