You can find us at A-16 on the Main Road, right near the Azad Nagar Post Office in Kanti Nagar East. Sg Netcare Instruments has a pretty convenient spot since the post office is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The road outside can get really noisy with all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and engines by now. Inside, we’re mostly surrounded by various instruments and tools. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the shelves we’ve put up. We try to keep it organized, but when we get busy, things tend to pile up on the counters. We spend most of our time checking orders and making sure the right equipment goes to the right place. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and checking labels. We aren't a big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning the floors to talking to the delivery guys. It’s a bit dusty because of the main road, but we do our best to keep the instruments clean. We’ve been in this Azad Nagar spot for a while and we know the other shop owners on the block. It’s a decent place to work, even if it gets a bit hectic during the rush hours. We just take things one day at a time and do what needs to be done.
