Our office is located at 2744/23, Plot No-39 on the ground floor in Beadon Pura. That’s right in the heart of Karol Bagh. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how packed it gets. There’s always someone shouting or a horn honking outside. We’ve been here for a good bit now. We mostly focus on helping folks get back on their feet after they’ve had some bad luck. It could be financial trouble or health issues. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who care about the neighborhood. The office is small and filled with files and a very old ceiling fan that makes a lot of noise. We don’t mind it. It’s where we do our work. We spend a lot of time listening. People come in with all sorts of stories. We try to help where it makes sense. We aren't miracle workers. We just do the practical stuff, like filling out forms or finding local resources. Sometimes the work is frustrating because you can't help everyone. But we keep at it. Being on the ground floor means people can just walk in from the street. We like being accessible like that. It’s a busy life here in Karol Bagh, and we are just trying to be a steady presence. No big claims, just daily work. We’ve seen a lot of changes in this area, but we’re still here doing our thing.
