Seamore Impex

Seamore Impex is located over at No. 54 in the K Block of Hauz Kha. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of old houses and newer shops, and we’re right in the middle of it. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need to get through the day. We handle import and export tasks, which basically means a lot of coordination and waiting on emails. The office gets a bit cramped when a new shipment of samples arrives, and we usually end up tripping over boxes for a few days until everything is sorted out. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it's just one of us looking up from a computer when someone walks through the door. The weather gets really hot in this part of Delhi, and our old AC unit makes a rattling sound that we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us. Sometimes we spend more time talking to the delivery guys than we do with each other. It’s a practical way to run a business, focusing on the actual work instead of how the office looks. There’s always someone running late or a document that went missing, but we usually find a way to get things shipped on time. It’s just how things go for us here at Seamore Impex. We are just trying to keep the wheels turning day by day in this neighborhood.
