Saswat Door Devices

We run Saswat Door Devices out of A-26 on Street No. 4 in Anand Park. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads. We deal with all sorts of hardware and devices for doors, which sounds simple enough until you see all the different parts we keep in stock. Our workshop and office are basically in the same space. There are boxes stacked up to the ceiling sometimes. We spend a lot of time counting inventory and testing out how things work. We aren't a massive factory, just a local business that knows a lot about doors. People come to us when they need something specific that they can't find at the big stores. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. It’s a bit informal, but we get the work done. Some days we are busy packing orders to send out, and other days we are just cleaning up the shop. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know where to find us. We don't use fancy marketing because we don't really need it. Word of mouth works just fine for us. We try to be helpful when people ask questions, even if they don't buy anything. It’s just about being a decent neighbor and running a fair business. We are usually here from early morning until the evening sun goes down. That's just our routine.
