Sachdeva Stores

We have been sitting here at Sachdeva Stores in Kamla Nagar for quite a while now. Our shop is at number 244 in Kamla Market, right where all the noise and bustle happens every single day. It is a small space and honestly, it gets quite cramped when we get new stock in. You might see boxes piled up near the entrance, but we try to move them quickly. My family has been running this for years. It is just a basic neighborhood shop where you can find things you need for the house. We do not have those fancy displays or uniforms. I usually wear whatever is comfortable for lifting heavy crates. Some days are very slow, and we just sit and talk to the neighbors or watch the traffic go by. Other days, like during festivals, it is completely mad and we barely have time to drink tea. We know most people who walk through the door by their first name. If you are looking for something and cannot find it on the crowded shelves, just ask me or the boy helping out. We do not use any fancy computers for everything, just some old notebooks and a calculator that has seen better days. That is how we like it. The fan overhead rattles a bit when it is on high, but it keeps us cool enough. It is just a normal place for normal people. Nothing more than that.
