We are located right in the middle of Delhi, at the Bms Business Center inside the PVR Plaza Complex in Connaught Circus. Being in CP means the area is always crowded and there is always something happening right outside the door. It is a bit different from the industrial sites we usually deal with. The office is part of a larger business center, so we share the floor with several other companies. Russell Finex is tucked in there, focusing on our sieves and filters. It is a professional space, but we do not let it get too stiff or formal. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of technical manuals stacked up. The noise of the metro and the shoppers outside is a constant sound in the background. We do not have a big showroom here. Mostly, we are on the phone or working on technical specifications for our clients. The staff is just a small group of people. We know all the best places to get a quick lunch in CP, which is a nice thing about being here. Sometimes the building maintenance is a bit slow to fix things, but we just deal with it. We do not use a lot of big corporate words or try to sound like we are a massive company. We are just specialists who know our filters. We keep the atmosphere light, drink a lot of tea, and make sure we handle every inquiry that comes through.
