Rudradaman India Foundation

Our place is at House Number 160, right on the ground floor in Humayun Pur. If you know South Delhi, you know this area has its own vibe, tucked away but still busy. Rudradaman India Foundation operates out of this B/P section, and it’s a very local kind of setup. We chose the ground floor because it’s easier for people to just walk in off the street without having to hunt for an elevator or climb too many stairs. The space is simple. We have our desks set up, and there’s usually some chai going at some point in the day. Humayun Pur can be a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to the lane numbers, but once you find 160, you’re there. We aren't trying to be some big, polished organization that nobody can talk to. We are just here doing our thing in Delhi 110029. Sometimes the street noise comes in through the door, but we don’t mind it much. It reminds us we are part of the neighborhood. The foundation work keeps us busy, and most days involve a lot of talking to locals and sorting out whatever needs doing next. It’s a grounded way to work. We don't have fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done. It feels more like a home office than a corporate headquarters, and that's how we prefer it. Parking is always a bit of a headache nearby, but that is just South Delhi life for you.
