Rp & Company is located at No. 14-A/2 in the W.E.A. area of Karol Bagh, right in the middle of the China Market. If you’ve ever been to Karol Bagh, you know how hectic it is. There are people everywhere, and the noise from the street is constant. Our shop is surrounded by dozens of others selling all sorts of things. We have a lot of boxes coming in and going out every single day. Most of the time, the floor is half-covered with cardboard and packing tape. I spend my hours on the phone or talking to delivery people who are trying to find their way through the market crowds. The shop itself is narrow and deep, with shelves reaching all the way to the back. It’s hard to keep it tidy when there’s so much movement and stuff coming in. I have a small corner with a old computer and a printer that always seems to jam when I’m in a hurry to get things done. The lights are bright because there aren't many windows in these market buildings. Sometimes I step out for a quick tea just to get away from the noise for ten minutes. It’s a fast-paced environment, and you have to be quick to keep up with everything. We’ve been here in China Market for a long time, and you get used to the chaos after a while.
