Roshpa Builder'S And Developer'S Pvt Ltd is located at 13A, Ferozshah Marg in New Delhi. We’re pretty close to India Gate, which means there’s always a lot of activity around here. The building is one of those older Delhi structures with high ceilings and heavy doors. It gets really cold in the winter and incredibly dusty in the summer, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We’ve got a few rooms where we handle all the development plans and meetings. It’s not a modern glass tower. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the carpets have seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. We usually have a lot of visitors coming in, from contractors to people looking for updates on their property. There’s a small tea station in the corner that gets a lot of use. We don't have a big corporate structure here; it’s more about a few of us working together to keep things moving. Parking is always a headache near India Gate, so we usually tell people to take an auto if they can. Ferozshah Marg is a prestigious address, but our office inside is very down-to-earth. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a busy, slightly messy office where we spend most of our waking hours trying to stay organized.
