Ritco Logistics is right here at 162A, Minto Road Complex in New Delhi. We’re right near the Govt. Press, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. 1100002 is the pin code. Minto Road is always busy, with cars and people everywhere. Our office is a simple place. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. We handle logistics, so it's a lot of trucks, drivers, and timing. It gets loud outside, but inside we just focus on the screens and the phones. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure things move across the country. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a road being closed, and then we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing the schedule. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office is a bit cluttered with files and old maps, but we know where everything is. We don't go in for fancy decor or big presentations. If someone comes by, we usually just offer them a chair and some water while we talk business. New Delhi is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the crowds, but being near the Govt. Press makes us feel like we’re in the middle of everything. We’re just a local team doing the best we can with the daily load. The chai stall nearby is where we spend our breaks.
