Our clinic is inside Gouri Hospitals at No. 30 Malka Ganj Road in Jawahar Nagar. It’s a busy street with lots of people moving about, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We spend our days helping people who are trying to start their families, which is a sensitive kind of work. It’s not like a regular office where you just shuffle papers. There are a lot of emotions involved, and we see people at their most hopeful and sometimes their most worried. The staff here tries to keep things grounded and simple. We have the labs and the consultation rooms all set up, and they're always in use. It can get a bit cramped when we have several families waiting at once, but we manage. Most of us have been working on Malka Ganj Road for years, so we know the local shops and the rhythms of the neighborhood. We don’t use a lot of big medical words if we can help it because we want people to understand what’s happening. It’s a small team, and we all know our roles well. We just try to provide a quiet place for people to get the care they need without a lot of fuss. It’s a serious job, but seeing a successful outcome makes the long hours worth it. We’re just a local hospital unit doing what we can for the community.
