Rational Impex Pvt Ltd is located over in West Patel Nagar, specifically at building 28/145/146. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The building is older, but it serves us well for what we do every day. We don’t really spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We’d rather just focus on the actual work that needs to get done. There are a few of us here, and we all know our roles. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a place where we get through the lists and handle the imports and exports as they come in. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we just chip away at it. Patel Nagar West is a decent place to be based, even if parking is a nightmare sometimes. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to be reliable and keep things moving. Most of the people who deal with us know they can just call and talk to a real person. We don’t have those automated phone systems. If you come by the office, you’ll see we’re just regular folks working at desks. It’s a simple operation, really. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the logistics. It is nothing special, but it is ours and we make it work together every single week.
