Ramnaresh Singh Foundation

The Ramnaresh Singh Foundation is based out of M S Bishamber Nath Gopi Bhawan. The address is 2/16 Doctor Lane, which is right in the middle of New Delhi. Being in this part of the city means it’s always busy, but Doctor Lane itself is slightly tucked away from the main chaos. The building is an older one, and we’ve been using this space for our daily tasks. It’s basically where we manage everything. We don’t have a massive office with glass walls or anything. It’s more like a traditional office with old wooden desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We’re not here to impress anyone with the decor. We just use the space to coordinate what we do. It’s a central spot which makes it easier for people to reach us, though parking can be a real headache around here. We usually just take the bus or walk from the nearest station to avoid the traffic. Inside, it’s usually quiet unless we have a meeting going on with some visitors. We handle different kinds of foundation work, mostly just sorting through requests and organizing things. It’s a very straightforward way of working. No one here is trying to be a corporate executive. We just want to make sure the work gets done properly every day. It’s a small operation but we stay busy enough throughout the week. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the logs and records for the month.
