Ramanand & Sons

Our shop, Ramanand & Sons, is located at 53/75 Ramjas Road in Karol Bagh. This place has been in the family for a long time. You can tell just by looking at the wooden counters and the way the floors have worn down in certain spots. It’s not a modern showroom with glass and chrome; it’s more of an old-fashioned store where we know where everything is, even if it looks like a mess to anyone else. We handle a bit of everything, mostly goods that people in the neighborhood need. Karol Bagh is always moving, but inside our shop, things feel a bit slower, which I think people appreciate. I work here with my brothers and a couple of cousins. Sometimes we argue about where a certain box went, but we usually figure it out by the end of the day. We don’t really bother with social media or online ads. People know we are here on Ramjas Road because their parents used to shop with our father. It’s that kind of place. We try to be helpful when someone walks in, but we aren't going to follow you around the store. We’ll just wait until you’re ready to ask a question. It’s a practical, family-run business that’s been part of the local scene for years. We aren't looking to change much, just keeping the doors open and serving the people who stop by for whatever they need.
