If you know Karol Bagh, you know how crowded and loud it gets, especially around Naiwala. Our shop is at 10/1136, right in the middle of all that noise. We deal with auto products, mostly spare parts for two-wheelers and some cars. The shop is filled with boxes from floor to ceiling. Often, my hands are covered in grease or dust from moving parts around. We spend a lot of time looking through old catalogs to find the exact part someone needs for a specific model. It is a lot of technical stuff, but you learn it over time. Mechanics from nearby workshops are always coming in and out, asking for specific bolts or filters. The street outside is always blocked with bikes and people shouting, so it can get a bit overwhelming sometimes. We have a small desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. It isn't a modern showroom. It is a working shop where things are practical and a bit chaotic. Some days we are just counting inventory and making sure we have enough stock for the next week. We’ve been at this spot for a long time, and the building shows its age, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the right parts to the people who need them so they can get back on the road.
