Rajan Caterers & Decorators

Our place is Rajan Caterers & Decorators, and we are located in Paharganj at Chuna Mandi, number 3031/2. If you know Paharganj, you know it can be a bit of a maze, but we are right there in the thick of it. The area is always loud and full of energy, which suits us just fine. We spend our time managing the catering side of things and getting the decorations ready for whoever needs them. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between our storage and the various spots where we set up. We aren't fancy and we don't try to be. Our clothes usually have a bit of dust on them from moving tents or a little flour from the kitchen. That is just how it is when you’re actually doing the work yourself. We’ve been in Chuna Mandi for years and we’ve seen all sorts of changes in the streets around us. We just keep doing what we do. Some days are long, especially when we have to set up late at night or very early in the morning. We don’t mind it much. It’s a good feeling to see a space completely changed once the tents are up and the food is ready. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized in the middle of all the Paharganj chaos. It is hard work but we are used to it.
