R S Auto Industries is right in the heart of Karol Bagh on Hari Singh Nalwa Street, at Shop 39/2065. If you've ever been to this street, you know how packed it gets with auto parts and mechanics. Our shop is one of those places that has been around for years. It’s a narrow space filled with shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. Most of the time, the floor is covered with boxes of parts. It’s not the cleanest place because of all the metal and grease, but it’s a working shop. We spend our day helping people find specific components for their cars or bikes. It involves a lot of digging through old stock sometimes. We don't have a fancy computer system to track everything; a lot of it is just knowing where we put things. The noise from the street is constant—horns, people bargaining, and the sound of engines. It’s a lively place, though it can be exhausting by the end of the day. We don't have any marketing experts or a polished image. We’re just local people running a shop in a very busy part of Delhi. Most of our customers are regulars who know they can just drop in and ask for what they need. It’s a very basic, hands-on way of doing things, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time. It is what it is.
