Prompt Air & Sea Cargo Pvt Ltd is located at Shop No. 13 in the New Rajinder Nagar Dda Market. We have been here for a good while now. It’s a typical small office in a busy market area. We handle a lot of shipping and cargo work, both for air and sea. Most of our days are spent on the phone or dealing with customs forms and shipping manifests. It is not the most glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. The market outside is always noisy with people and scooters going by. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in the shop when we have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks. We deal with everything from small parcels to larger containers. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure things get to the right port or airport on time. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big corporate slogans. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the cargo moves from one place to another without too much trouble. Rajinder Nagar is a familiar place for us, and the DDA market has a certain rhythm that we’ve gotten used to. Some days are long, especially when there are delays at the docks.
