Project Concern International India Foundation

Okhla Industrial Estate is always buzzing with trucks and people, and we’re right there in Phase 3 at Plot No 38. Project Concern International India Foundation has been around for a bit, but we still feel like a local team. Our first-floor office gets plenty of light, but it also gets pretty hot in the summer. We don't spend much on decor; it’s mostly just functional stuff. We deal with a lot of different projects, and it can get a bit overwhelming with all the paperwork. But we just take it one day at a time. The neighborhood is full of workers and businesses, which suits us fine. We aren't here to look important. We’re here to get things moving. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout to hear each other, but you get used to it. We don't have a lot of time for fancy meetings. Usually, we’re just catching up over a quick tea before getting back to work. It’s a hands-on environment. If something needs doing, we just grab whoever is free and get it done. We’ve learned that the best way to help is to just be available. People know they can find us here in Okhla if they need to talk. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
