Prithu

Prithu operates out of 15 D in Atma Ram House, which is located on Tolstoy Marg. This is the office for Vinimay Developers Pvt. Ltd too. Tolstoy Marg is a pretty central part of the city, so there’s always a lot of traffic and people in suits walking around. Our office isn't the biggest, but it works for what we need to do. We spend most of our time looking at plans and talking to people about building things. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on details. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation even though we're in a big building like Atma Ram House. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sure everything runs smoothly. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the city noise gets loud, but that’s just part of being in this area. We’ve been at 15 D for a while now. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. We don't really do the whole sales pitch thing. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it right. There are always blueprints laying around and the phones seem to ring at the same time. It can be a bit chaotic on Mondays. We just keep our heads down and focus on the developers' side of things. It’s a solid place to work from. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits us.
