Prime Interiors

Our place is tucked away in the basement of Pushpa Timber Complex in Pahar Ganj. Specifically, it is D-5 on D B Gupta Road, right across from the Bank of India. If you’ve ever been to Pahar Ganj, you know how busy and loud it gets. Prime Interiors has been operating from this basement for some time now. It’s a bit cooler down here than out on the street, which is a relief in the summer. There is always the sound of traffic and people shouting outside, but inside we just focus on the work. Being near the timber complex is handy because we are close to where the materials are. We don't have any shiny signs or glass walls. It is just a practical space with some desks and a lot of samples lying around. Usually, there is some dust from the wood shops nearby. We spend our mornings checking on projects and the afternoons dealing with whatever problems come up. Pahar Ganj is a maze, and we are right in the thick of it. It’s not a fancy office, and we don't pretend it is. We are just local people trying to get things done right. Sometimes the electricity goes out, or the rain makes the road messy, but we just keep going. It’s a gritty part of town, but it has a lot of character and we like it here. It's just a normal day for us.
