Precious Childs Foundation

Being over here in Netaji Subhash Place means things are always moving fast. Precious Childs Foundation is tucked away in Aggarwal Plaza, specifically H-7/207. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, so there’s always noise in the hallways. We’re just a small group trying to help out where it counts. We focus on kids because that’s what felt right when we set this up in Pitampura. It isn’t always easy, and some days are definitely slower than others. We don't have those fancy glass walls you see in corporate movies. It’s just a practical space where we sit and figure out how to get things done. Sometimes the tea runs out or the printer jams right when you need it, but that’s just life. We talk to parents and look at what the local community needs. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a friend. Delhi is a big city, and it’s easy for people to get lost in the shuffle. We try to make sure that doesn’t happen to the kids we work with. It’s basic work, really. We come in, we do the tasks, and we go home. Nothing more, nothing less. We just want to be useful here in our little corner of the plaza.
