Our setup is over in Pitampura, inside the Vardhman Charve Plaza III and IV. We occupy units 341, 342, and 347. It’s a large commercial complex right near the City Park Hotel in the KP Block. Being in such a big building means there’s always people walking past and a lot of activity. We are in the business of dental supplies. Most of our space is taken up by stock—things like dental chairs, tools, and all the small materials dentists use every day. It’s not a shop for the general public, so we don't have a big window display. We are mostly busy with logistics, taking orders from clinics and getting them ready for delivery. Pitampura is a great area because it’s well-connected, though finding a parking spot in the complex can be a real challenge sometimes. We have a small office team and a couple of people who handle the heavy lifting in the storage units. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the plaza grow and change. Our day usually starts with a lot of tea and going through the list of things that need to be sent out. We don’t use any fancy talk; we just know our products and try to be helpful when a dentist calls with a specific requirement. It is a very practical place to work, focusing on the equipment that keeps clinics running.
