Piccadilly Book Stall

Piccadilly Book Stall is located at Shop 64 in Connaught Place. We are right in Shanker Market, which is just opposite the old Super Bazaar. Connaught Place is the heart of the city, and Shanker Market has a very different feel compared to the fancy showrooms nearby. It is more grounded and old-fashioned. Our stall is quite small, but we cram as many books as possible into the space. If you walk into Shanker Market, you will see us among the fabric shops and small eateries. We have all sorts of books, and they are piled up everywhere. It is a bit of a maze, but we usually know where everything is kept. People come in looking for all kinds of things, and we spend our time chatting with them or looking for a specific title. It is a noisy area with people shouting and cars honking, but it has a lot of life. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just have our books and our spot in the market. Many of our customers have been coming to us for decades. It is a simple life of buying and selling books in a very famous part of Delhi. We stay open late because CP stays busy until night. It is a small business run by people who just like books and being in the market. There is no corporate polish, just stacks of reading material. We like the bustle here.
