Pet World

Pet World is located at 275 Church Ln. It’s right in that area between Jangpura and Bhogal, and not too far from Karol Bagh if you’re driving. We’ve been in this neighborhood for ages. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned street, which suits us just fine. The shop is full of all sorts of things for pets, so it’s usually pretty crowded inside. We don’t have a lot of shelf space, so things tend to get stacked up high. It’s got that specific smell that every pet place has—a mix of animal feed and shampoo, I guess. We’re just a small bunch of people who like animals and happen to run a shop. We aren’t trying to be some high-end boutique or anything. If a neighbor’s dog needs something, they just pop in and we have a chat. Church Lane is usually fairly quiet, but on weekends it picks up a bit. We spend our days restocking shelves and talking to the regulars who live around Jangpura. It’s a simple life. The shop isn’t the most modern place you’ll ever see, but it’s got character. We’ve got a few old posters on the walls and a counter that’s seen a lot of use. It’s just our little corner of the world where we do what we do without any fancy talk.
