Our office for Pawnik Export And Import Private Limited is on the first floor at 7033, Mata Rameshwari Nehru Nagar. We’re right in the Karol Bagh area of Central Delhi, which is a place that never really sleeps. Our building is an older one, number 461 if you’re looking at the old records. The neighborhood is full of shops and people, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze to get through the streets in the afternoon. Inside, we have a simple setup for our export and import business. It’s mostly just desks, a few filing cabinets, and the sound of the ceiling fans. We don't go in for any of that corporate polish or marketing talk. We just handle the day-to-day work of moving goods across borders. There is a lot of boring paperwork involved, like filling out forms and checking customs rules, but someone has to do it. We’ve got a small team and we usually eat lunch together in the office while talking about things other than work. It’s a very casual atmosphere. Sometimes we lose track of time when we’re busy with a big order, but we try to keep things organized. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to run a decent business and keep our customers happy with their shipments. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is and how to get the job done right.
