Our company, Pavitra Resorts Llp, is situated at 4, Scindia House. This is a pretty well-known building in a very central part of the city. It’s an older building with a lot of character, not like those new glass towers you see in Gurgaon. Our office at number 4 is where we handle all the resort business. It’s got high ceilings and that old-school Delhi feel. We’ve got some old wooden desks and a lot of files because we still like to keep paper copies of things. It’s a bit of a walk through the corridors to find us, but once you’re here, it’s a solid place to work. We spend our days coordinating with the resort staff and making sure everything is lined up. The area outside Scindia House is always busy with people and cars, but inside it’s relatively quiet. We like the history of the building. It doesn't have all the modern bells and whistles, but it works for us. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day and just get on with the tasks. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a small group of people trying to keep the business running smoothly. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings; we just talk across the desks and get things sorted as they come up. It's simple enough.
