Pasupati Spinning Weaving Mills Ltd.

We spend most of our time here at Nirmal Tower on Barakhamba Road. It’s a busy part of Delhi and our office on the 15th floor gives us a bit of a view of the chaos below, though we mostly just focus on the desks. We handle the spinning and weaving side of things, which means a lot of talk about yarn and fabric quality. Pasupati has been around for a long time now. We aren't trying to be anything flashy, just a group of people making sure the mill work gets managed properly. Some days are just about going through spreadsheets and other days we are talking to the production side. The building itself is one of those older high-rises where you wait a while for the lift. We’ve got used to the rhythm of this place, the tea guy who comes by, and the sound of the traffic outside. It’s just regular work, really. We keep our samples in the back and there is always someone coming in to discuss a shipment. It gets a bit cramped when new stock details come in, but we manage. Most of us have been working here long enough that we don’t need to explain much to each other. We just get on with the day’s tasks. It's about getting the thread from one place to the next without too many headaches along the way.
