Parth Gems & Jewels is situated at 16, Talwar Mansion, on the second floor. Our address is 2646/49 Bank Street in Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever been to Bank Street, you know it’s the place to be for this kind of work. The street is always packed with people and rickshaws, so it’s never quiet. The building is an old one, with those heavy doors and narrow stairs. We spend most of our time under the bright lights we’ve installed so we can see every detail of what we’re handling. It’s a bit of a contrast to the dusty street outside. We have a small safe, some sturdy tables, and a few chairs for visitors. It’s not a huge showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where we get things done. We’ve got a small corner for making tea, which we do quite often. The afternoon sun hits the windows in a certain way that makes the whole room feel warm. Most of our day is spent looking at small things and talking to people who know their stuff. We don't do much advertising; people usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to this building for years. Karol Bagh has a specific energy, and we’ve become a part of it over time. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to it by now. We just try to stay focused on the tasks we have each day.
