Param Automotive

We are based in Karol Bagh on Hari Singh Nalwa Street, specifically at 1348B/19. Anyone who knows Delhi knows that Karol Bagh is the heart of the automotive world. Our street is always full of cars and motorcycles parked everywhere. The shop smells like engine oil and old metal. We spend the whole day looking through catalogs or searching the shelves for specific parts. There are boxes stacked high up to the ceiling. It is a bit of a maze inside. We deal with a lot of mechanics and people trying to fix their own vehicles. It gets quite greasy on the hands. We have a small desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. The street outside is never quiet. There is always someone honking or a rickshaw trying to squeeze past. We don't have a big showroom, just a front area where we show parts to customers. Sometimes we have to go to other shops nearby to find something we don't have in stock. That is how it works in Karol Bagh; everyone sort of works together. We close up when it gets dark and the street lights come on. It is hard work but it keeps us busy. Every day there is a new problem to solve with someone's car or bike. The space is a bit cramped but it has everything needed for the local trade. Param Automotive is just a part of the daily bustle here.
