Saluja World Traders

Saluja World Traders is located right in the thick of things at No. 5075 in the Main Bazar of Paharganj. If you’ve ever been here, you know it’s crowded, loud, and full of energy. Our shop is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that people know where to find us. We deal with a lot of different traders and tourists who are looking to move goods across borders. The space is small and every inch of the walls is stacked with boxes or files. We don’t have much room for a desk, so we usually just work on the counter. It’s a lot of shouting over the noise of the street and dealing with people walking in and out all day. We don’t use any fancy management systems; it’s mostly just us and our ledgers. The fans are always on full blast because it gets incredibly hot in the summer. We don’t really do "branding" or "marketing." We just rely on the fact that we’re in a good spot and we know how the local trade works. It’s a gritty, honest way to make a living. We’ve seen the bazar change over the years, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, which is helping people get their products from the market to the rest of the world without too much trouble.
