Being in the middle of Naiwala in Karol Bagh at 1479/24 means we are part of one of the biggest auto markets you can find. Our business is mostly about managing stock and getting auto products out to people who need them. The shelves are packed high with boxes, and honestly, it’s a bit of a maze back there. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or checking if we have a specific part in the back. The noise from the street is constant—bikes, rickshaws, and people everywhere. It’s a fast-paced environment and you can’t really afford to be slow. Sometimes the inventory count doesn’t match up perfectly and we have to spend an hour figuring out where that one box went. We don’t have a fancy showroom, just a functional space where we can do business. The walls are a bit dusty and the light isn't the best, but it works for what we do. We see a lot of the same faces every day, mostly other shop owners or mechanics looking for specific items. Handling the logistics of getting parts delivered can be a bit of a nightmare with the Karol Bagh traffic, but we manage. It’s a lot of paper records and dusty boxes, but that is the reality of the auto parts trade here. We just show up, open the shutters, and get to work until the sun goes down. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going every day.
