Our shop is right on Gurudwara Road in Karol Bagh, specifically at Vishnu Kiran Chambers, numbers 2142 to 47. We are directly across from the post office, which makes it pretty easy to find us even with all the chaos of the market. Karol Bagh is always moving, and we have been right in the middle of it for years. We handle all sorts of optical work, from fixing broken frames to getting new lenses ready for customers. The shop is usually a bit cramped because we have so many drawers of frames and different pieces of testing equipment tucked into the corners. There is always someone coming in with a pair of glasses they sat on or someone who needs their prescription checked. We have a small lab in the back where we do the grinding and fitting. It is a busy place, and the bells on the door never seem to stop ringing. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things that might look a bit disorganized to an outsider but it works for us. We don't bother with fancy displays or bright lights. We just focus on getting people's vision sorted so they can get back to their day. It’s just how things go here on Gurudwara Road. We usually have some spare frames in the back for emergencies.
