Opjk Paper Company is located at 4718/21A on Dayanand Road in Darya Ganj. If you know this area, you know it’s famous for books and paper, so we fit right in. We’ve been handling paper for a long time. The warehouse is usually full of stacks of different kinds of paper, from thin sheets to heavy cardstock. It gets dusty and the smell of paper is everywhere, but we’re used to it. We spend our days cutting, stacking, and moving reams around for our customers. Darya Ganj is always crowded and narrow, so getting deliveries in and out is always a bit of a challenge. We have to time things just right so the trucks don't get stuck. It’s a simple business, really. We buy paper and we sell it to people who need it for printing or writing. We aren't some big high-tech firm; we still use a lot of manual machines and old-fashioned record-keeping. Some of our customers have been coming to us for decades because they know we’re always here on Dayanand Road. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but it’s what we do. There’s always someone coming in asking for a specific weight or size of paper, and we do our best to find it in the stacks. It’s been our life for years and we plan to keep at it as long as people still use paper. We are just a local paper shop in a very busy market.
