We are based at 22/7 in the Anand Parbat Industrial Area. It’s a noisy part of town with all the factories and workshops around us. We deal with auto parts and general mechanical work. The shop is usually full of grease and the sound of tools banging against metal. We’ve been in this specific unit for quite some time now. It’s not the cleanest place, but that’s just the nature of working with cars and heavy machinery all day. My team and I spend most of the day under hoods or sorting through bins of spare parts to find the right bolt. We see a lot of trucks and local vehicles coming through for repairs. It’s a practical business. We don't have a lobby or a fancy waiting room with air conditioning. Most people just stand around the workshop floor and talk while we work on their engines. The Industrial Area is always busy, and getting a truck into our narrow lane can be a real challenge sometimes. We just focus on the task at hand and ignore the noise outside. It’s hard work, and your hands are always dirty by the end of the day, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't do much marketing; the other shop owners around here just send people our way when they have a problem we can fix. It’s a tight-knit spot and we like it that way.
