Nusrat Clinic

We are Nusrat Clinic, tucked away at 1476 Basti Chhotti Ram in the Abul Aziz area of Kalam Mahal. Daryaganj is always full of life and noise, and our little spot is right in the thick of it. We have been working out of this building for a long time, seeing neighbors and families who live in the narrow lanes around us. It isn't a big, shiny medical center with glass doors. It’s just a plain clinic where people come when they don't feel well. We have some chairs in the front and a small room where the checkups happen. Sometimes the fans are loud and the street outside is even louder with the bikes and people shouting. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. Most of our day is spent talking to folks about their basic health needs. We don't do anything too fancy here. If someone needs a big operation, we tell them where the larger hospitals are. But for everyday things, we are here from morning until the evening. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a clean enough place. We try to keep things simple because that’s what people around Daryaganj like. It’s just us, doing our work day by day in this old part of town. We see kids who grew up and now bring their own children here. That’s just how it goes at Nusrat Clinic.
