Nice Auto Industries

Anand Parbat Gali No 7 is a pretty tight spot if you are trying to drive anything bigger than a small car through it. Our workshop at 25/8-D is right in the middle of that narrow lane. Nice Auto Industries has been here for a long time, and you can tell by the state of the floors. They are stained with oil and grease that will never come out, no matter how much we scrub. Most of the day is spent working on the machines and listening to the constant clinking of metal parts. It gets very loud and hot in here, especially in the middle of June. We have a couple of big industrial fans, but they mostly just move the warm air around the room. We don't do much fancy advertising because most of our customers just know where to find us in Gali No 7. Around 4 PM, someone usually goes out to get tea and some snacks for the guys. That is when we take a small break and sit on the stools outside. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is always a bit of a headache. The work is hard on the hands and we are usually covered in black soot by the end of the shift. It is a simple setup at 25/8-D, but it keeps us going day after day without much fuss or bother.
