Our shop is tucked away in Palika Palace, which is part of that big NDMC building on Panchkuian Road. If you are coming from the Rama Krishna Ashram Marg metro station, it’s just a short walk over. We are at Shop G 30. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes with all the different businesses, but we have been in this spot for a good while now. Being in Connaught Place means there is always something happening outside. We mostly handle trips and stuff related to Rajasthan, like the name says. People come in asking about buses or how to get to the smaller towns back home. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and old files. Sometimes the tea guy takes forever to bring our order, but that’s just how it is here. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who want to visit family or are planning a holiday out west. We know the roads and the trains pretty well because we’ve been doing this for years. It’s a bit dusty with the construction nearby, but we keep the door open. If you’re around CP and need to sort out a trip, you can just drop in. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the routes.
