If you walk down Street No. 7 in New Mahavir Nagar, you’ll find us on the first floor at L-15. We are Mps Herbals, which is part of Aura Herbal Pvt. Ltd. It’s a residential-looking area, so it’s quieter than the main markets. We have a few rooms where we handle our herbal products. It smells like dried leaves and extracts most of the time. We aren't a big factory. It’s more of a small unit where we keep an eye on everything ourselves. We spend the morning checking the quality of what comes in. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow. We’ve had the same furniture for years. It’s comfortable and it works. We don’t have a big marketing budget. We just talk to our regular customers and send out orders. Sometimes the delivery guy gets lost because the street numbers are a bit confusing. We just point them in the right direction. It’s a simple life here. We drink coffee and get through the paperwork. No big missions or vision statements on the walls. Just labels and glass jars. We like it this way. It’s manageable. We know our products well because we handle them every single day. We don't need any polished brochures. If people like what we have, they come back. That's really all there is to our business. We close the windows when it gets too dusty outside.
