Neeles & Elements (I) Pvt Ltd is situated at 8894/ 14-B, on the second floor, number 5, in Shidi Pura, Karol Bagh. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how packed and busy it gets around here. Our place is in the middle of all that noise and energy. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor, and the hallways are sometimes narrow with boxes stacked up. We deal with a lot of different elements and products, so the office is always full of things to look at. It’s not a showroom where everything is perfect. It’s more of a working space where we get things done. We have a small team, and we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute you’re on the phone, the next you’re checking a delivery at the door. Shidi Pura is a place where everyone is trying to make a living, and we are no different. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just want to make sure the items we sell are what people are looking for. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend our breaks, just like everyone else on this block. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but that is just the way it goes when you’re doing business in this part of Delhi. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the orders out to people who need them.
