National Allergy Centre

You can find the National Allergy Centre over in East Patel Nagar. We are at 1/3, which is quite close to the metro station. If you are coming by the metro, just look for pillar number 181 and we are right opposite that. It makes explaining the location much easier for everyone. Being in East Patel Nagar means we are in a busy part of Delhi, but our spot is relatively easy to get to once you are off the main road. We handle a lot of different people coming in with various issues. It’s a simple setup inside. We don’t have fancy rugs or high-end art on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the day. The team here is small and we’ve all been doing this for quite some time. We know the area well and have seen how the neighborhood has changed over the years. The metro has definitely made it busier, but it also helps people reach us without getting stuck in too much traffic. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the trains passing by nearby, but you get used to it after a week. We just open the doors in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a practical environment where the focus is just on the task at hand. No one here is trying to be something they aren't. We just work. Most of the day is spent checking files and talking to people about their symptoms. It is a very regular, down-to-earth place for work.
