Our office is right in Daryaganj, at E3/16, Balram House on Ansari Road. This part of the city is always buzzing with people and traffic, especially with all the bookshops and offices around. We’ve been at Nar Singh Dass & Co. Pvt. Lts. for quite a long time. The building, Balram House, has that old Delhi feel to it, which we actually quite like. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We're more of a traditional business where people still talk to each other face-to-face. We handle various paper and trade goods. Our rooms are filled with samples and ledgers. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just answer the phones and talk to the people who walk in. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and their fathers did business with us before them. It’s that kind of place. Sometimes the noise from Ansari Road is a lot, but you get used to it. We just focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the orders go out on time. It’s a simple way of working. We don't try to be something we're not. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work. It’s been working for us so far.
