Our clinic, Mughal Clinic, is situated at 2949 Darya Ganj. This part of the city is always full of life and never seems to slow down. Darya Ganj has so many shops and old buildings, and we are right there among them at number 2949. The clinic is a simple place where we spend our time seeing the people who walk in. It isn't a fancy medical center with shiny glass walls or modern art. It’s just a practical space for medicine. We have a small waiting area and a room for our checkups. Most of the people who visit us live on the nearby streets in Darya Ganj. They know our faces and we know theirs. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded, and people have to wait on the wooden bench we have, but that’s just how it is in a neighborhood like this. We try to work through the appointments steadily without making anyone feel like they are being rushed. The sounds from the Darya Ganj traffic always filter in, but we have grown used to it over the years. Working at 2949 Darya Ganj means you see all kinds of people every day. We don't use any complicated computer systems; we just keep our paper records and talk to our patients. It’s a very local, old-fashioned way of doing things. We’ve been at 2949 for a long time now and we are happy to stay right here.
