Mtr Spares

You can find us in Karol Bagh Hari Singh Nalwa Street 1561/29. If you know this area, you know how crowded it gets with all the spare parts shops and mechanics. We have been here for a while, dealing with all sorts of components for bikes and other vehicles. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with cardboard boxes. Sometimes it takes us a few minutes to find exactly what a customer is asking for because there is so much stock crammed in. We spend our days climbing ladders and checking part numbers in the dim light. It is a lot of manual work. The street outside is always buzzing with people looking for specific items. We have a small counter where we talk to customers and write out receipts by hand in a book. It gets dusty because of the traffic and the old cardboard. We don't have any air conditioning, just a couple of old fans that move the hot air around. We know most of the other shop owners on this block. We often share a pot of tea in the afternoons when the sun is high. It is a straightforward business. We buy the spares and we sell them to people who need them. We don't have a website or anything modern like that. People just walk in or call us on the old landline. It is a bit chaotic but we know where everything is kept. That is just how life is in Karol Bagh.
