If you’ve ever walked around Karol Bagh, you know how busy it gets. Our place, Moon Times Spms, is tucked away at 5273 on the first floor in Krishna Nagar. You have to climb some narrow stairs to get to us, which can be a bit of a pain if you're in a hurry or carrying bags. We’ve been operating from this floor for quite a while now. It’s mostly just us surrounded by parts and whatever work is on the bench that day. It isn't the quietest spot because of the traffic downstairs, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. We handle a lot of small things, mostly technical bits that people need for their equipment. I usually start the day by clearing off the desk, but by noon, it’s covered in papers and tools again. That's just the way it works here. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes customers get a bit lost trying to find the right door since the numbers on the street are a bit confusing, but once they find the first floor, they’re usually okay. We try to keep things straightforward and don't make a big fuss about much. It’s just a regular business trying to stay on top of the daily tasks in a crowded part of town. We just keep moving along.
