Mongia Plastics

You can find Mongia Plastics at the Flatted Factory Complex in Jhandewalan, specifically at B-3. This building has seen a lot of years, and so have we. Working with plastics means there is always a bit of dust and the constant sound of machines running. It’s an industrial vibe here, not a place for suits and ties. We’ve got our equipment set up and we spend our days making sure everything is running the way it should. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves. That’s just part of the job. The complex is always full of other businesses too, so there’s constant noise from trucks and deliveries. We’ve been doing this for a long time. We aren’t looking to change the world; we just want to make sure the orders go out correctly. It’s practical work. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. Lunch usually happens at the desks or someone goes out to grab something for everyone. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. Jhandewalan is a central spot, which makes getting materials in and out a bit easier most of the time. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production line. That’s our day-to-day life here. We don't have many meetings, we just get to it. Sometimes we stay late when things get backed up, but we always manage to get through the pile.
