If you walk through West Patel Nagar, you’ll find us at 4/21. Microtek International Ltd. has been sitting in this part of New Delhi for quite a while. It’s a busy neighborhood, full of energy and constant noise, which fits the way we work. We don't have a massive skyscraper; we are just part of the local streetscape here. Inside, it’s mostly just people at desks working on various electronics and power products. We’ve been doing this long enough that the daily grind feels like second nature. Some days are hectic with deliveries coming in and out, while others are spent just catching up on technical details. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a team of people who know a lot about power backups and stabilizers. The office is functional, with just enough room for everyone to do their job without bumping into each other too much. We know the local chai stall and the regular delivery guys by name. It’s a community feel even though we deal with a lot of technical equipment. We focus on making sure the stuff we send out actually works for the people who buy it. There’s no magic to it, just staying late when we have to and making sure the details are right. It’s been our home for years now and we're used to the pace.
