You can find us at E-129 in Kamla Nagar. It is a residential-looking area but there are plenty of small businesses tucked away here. We work on auto parts and related industry stuff most of the time. The workshop is not very large, so we have to be very careful about where we put things so we do not trip over them. There are always greasy rags around and the smell of engine oil is pretty much stuck in the walls. We spend most of our time at the workbenches fixing things or looking at parts. Kamla Nagar is a lively place, so there is always something happening outside the door. We get a lot of local walk-ins asking for advice or looking for a specific bolt or bracket. We are not a big corporation with uniforms; we just wear what is comfortable and doesn't mind getting dirty. The light in the back of the shop is not great, so we use portable lamps when we need to see the small details. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit outside on the steps and chat with the neighbors until it comes back on. It is a very local way of doing things. We do not have a website or a big advertising budget. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We just try to get the job done so the cars stay on the road.
