Medical Specialist Clinic

This little clinic is tucked away in Shakti Nagar, specifically at Shop No. 17/2 near Nangia Park. It’s not a huge building, just a modest shop space where we see people throughout the day. If you know the park area, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times without thinking much of it. We have been in this spot for a while. The waiting area is a bit small, so it can get crowded if three or four families show up at the same time. We usually tell people to come a bit early, but things happen and sometimes the doctor is running behind. That is just how it goes in a small neighborhood clinic like this. We handle various specialist visits right here in Shakti Nagar so people don't have to travel across the city. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we keep the medical areas scrubbed down and tidy. Most of our day is spent answering the phone and filing folders. It’s a simple setup. You won't find any high-tech kiosks here, just a desk and some chairs. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers nearby. When the weather is hot, the fan inside hums pretty loud. We try to keep the atmosphere calm even when the street outside is busy. It is just a practical place for people to get their health checked. We’re here most days except for the usual holidays.
